This is a type of Stonecrop plant (Sedum Hybridum). It has thick fleshy rosettes of leaves with leaf edges that turn redish in direct sunlight and produce clusters of small, four petal, red flowers. It likes direct sunlight with soil drying out before watering. Blooms in the winter.
