ARTICHOKE BALLS

2 cans artichoke hearts
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil

Drain artichoke hearts and mince finely. Combine with remaining ingredients until mixture can be molded into small balls. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
