GREEN BEAN<BR>&<BR>ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE

2 16oz. cans French style green beans
1 can artichoke hearts
3 toes garlic, chopped fine
1/2 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
5 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 cup bread crumbs

Drain water from can of beans and artichokes, fill cans with water and rinse then drain again.

Slice artichokes in small slices.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, then pour in a buttered casserole bowl, spread out, sprinkle additional bread crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
