Designs by Phyllis is owned by artist, Phyllis Wagner Bauer, a Native of New Orleans, which has been the home of many writers, artists and musicians. Phyllis utilizes designs inspired by the historic Vieux Carre or French Quarter, with its interesting European ambiance. Her designs are both classic and elegant.

Each piece of jewelry is designed and handmade by Phyllis using sterling silver or sterling silver with 14K gold. Gemstones such as tourmaline, blue topaz, ruby, garnet, amethyst, jade, Baltic amber, opal, lapis and many more, may be used in many of the designs. Because her jewelry is made by hand, there will be no two pieces of jewelry that are exactly alike.
